Holiday Inn Bursa - City Centre, an IHG Hotel

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I would gladly return. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, thanks to Khaled, the Guest Relations Manager, whose hospitality made a great first impression. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable. The entire staff was professional, attentive, and always ready to assist. The rooftop seating area was a highlight, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall experience. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The absence of a swimming pool was disappointing, and the gym facilities were quite basic, falling below the standard one might expect from a hotel of this caliber. Aside from these minor issues, everything else was top-notch. Highly recommended for those looking for comfort, great service, and an excellent location.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at the holiday Inn - Bursa. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Special thanks to Mr. Khalid Tateri for his proficiency in his work and for the help he offered to get a comfortable stay. He also helped us in booking transportation to Istanbul. Thank you! The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! It's in a great location, the breakfast was delicious, and the room amenities were top-notch. The valet parking service was very helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend staying here; it's conveniently walkable to malls, restaurants, shops, and pharmacies.

It has a very comfortable room. The breakfast was great. It is at the center of Bursa. I want to give my special thanks to Mr. Halit Tatari, because after I had a minor accident with my car at Hotel parking at my last day at the Hotel, he did everything he could to help me so that my positive opinion for this marvellous Hotel would continue.
