My family and I had a wonderful experience at the holiday Inn - Bursa. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Special thanks to Mr. Khalid Tateri for his proficiency in his work and for the help he offered to get a comfortable stay. He also helped us in booking transportation to Istanbul. Thank you! The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Will recommend to my colleagues! Positives: - Location: In the center. In front of a big mall and surrounded by restaurants and shops. - Hygiene: Rooms are very clean and towels are covered with plastic - Strong wifi - Fast room service - Calm and cosy lobby - Very nice roof with special view to enjoy complimentary coffee

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! It's in a great location, the breakfast was delicious, and the room amenities were top-notch. The valet parking service was very helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend staying here; it's conveniently walkable to malls, restaurants, shops, and pharmacies.

Our stay was pleasant. We encounter issues upon payment by using the debit card. It's strange that the hotel staff said they can't process the payment by debit card kept asking me to key in the 4 digits pin-code. When elsewhere i did not have any issues using the debit card all along in Turkey before reaching this hotel. To the extend i had to call my bank to rectify and they said no issues on my account. Ended up paying all in cash. They should really resolve/rectify this. We had informed our later timing for check in. Upon reaching the room only to find out it just had been mopped and the floor is wet =( The front staffs was very helpful. There's large shopping mall near the hotel. Breakfast buffet spread was wonderful!

All in all it was a good stay with my family. The free drinks at the bar was nice. The location was good and staff very helpful and polite
