My family and I had a wonderful experience at the holiday Inn - Bursa. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Special thanks to Mr. Khalid Tateri for his proficiency in his work and for the help he offered to get a comfortable stay. He also helped us in booking transportation to Istanbul. Thank you! The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Will recommend to my colleagues! Positives: - Location: In the center. In front of a big mall and surrounded by restaurants and shops. - Hygiene: Rooms are very clean and towels are covered with plastic - Strong wifi - Fast room service - Calm and cosy lobby - Very nice roof with special view to enjoy complimentary coffee

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, thanks to Khaled, the Guest Relations Manager, whose hospitality made a great first impression. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable. The entire staff was professional, attentive, and always ready to assist. The rooftop seating area was a highlight, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall experience. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The absence of a swimming pool was disappointing, and the gym facilities were quite basic, falling below the standard one might expect from a hotel of this caliber. Aside from these minor issues, everything else was top-notch. Highly recommended for those looking for comfort, great service, and an excellent location.

The staff is friendly and highly professional starting from the receptionists who were very helpful and very fast finishing the check in. Room service very good.. the chefs and waiters in morning open buffet were very friendly and sweethearts working like bees to fulfill the demands of the customers. I like the teamwork and congratulations to this hotel management for this excellent staff. I highly recommend this hotel for peaceful stay in beautiful Bursa.thank you for making our stay a beautiful memory to remember and share with our lovers.
